• “I had problems with my Hunter sprinkler system: one area in the front wasn't getting water at all, one area was getting too much, there was a leak, and one area in the back of the house had too many drip lines and no water pressure. I called Jesse at Green Edge on Wednesday. He answered the phone himself and we scheduled a tentative date for him to come out on Friday, although he wasn’t sure if he would finish his other job in time. He called early on Friday to let me know Monday would be better, which was perfectly fine with me. He called before arriving early on Monday. He had one assistant, his brother-in-law. They were both extremely professional and easy to deal with. Jesse walked through the system with me and listened to my problems. He then spent the next 3 hours exchanging a couple of sprinkler heads, adjusting every single nozzle and fixing a leak. He also redid an area in the back of the townhouse where we had a dozen drip lines and no water pressure. He dug those up and installed a 6” head instead – much better! All the parts needed were in his truck. He also checked the watering scheduled and the rain gauge. There was a $75 service call fee and additional charges for the sprinkler heads and other extra work done, for a total of $280. Considering the cost of replacing dead plants, I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Jesse told me he no longer installs irrigation systems but focuses on repair and maintenance. Overall excellent experience!”
