Couldn’t be happier!  We had a leak in our sprinkler system that was flowing water down the entire street and Jesse came out within hours. Found the broken pipe problem, made the repair and checked the entire system! Talk about service…just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, along came Jesse Engebretson. I couldn’t be home the day he scheduled to look at a leak in my sprinkler system, so he said “no problem, I will go take a look and let you know”. We first met Jesse through our son who had him come twice to his house and correct problems.  He was extremely pleased so when my 89 year old Mother’s system had a serious electrical problem and she had called several other companies who were too busy for her I called Jesse.  He came immediately, had the part on his truck, and repaired her entire system with no delay.  He was great.  Then we had problems at our house so, of course, I called Jesse and again he came immediately and replaced several heads, repositioned others and reset the whole system.  First class.  Then my control box went out and once again I called and Jesse came right out and replaced it.  Finally, about a month ago, both Mom and I had him come and do general maintenance.  She had a couple of heads replaced and he reset both our systems for the winter cycle.  He patiently explained to me how my system works so hopefully I can reprogram it myself next time.  Mom, at 89, probably can’t so she will just call Jesse.  My husband was so pleased with his work ethic and integrity he has had him do projects for the company he works for.  You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable craftsman or a nicer person than Jesse.  I and my family will never use anyone else.

Great experience with GreenEdge.

We had a moonwalk company puncture our main sprinkler line which connects to main water source. It ran all day from 2pm – 9:30pm and created a sloppy mess.

I called Jesse within 24 hrs of discovering the leak and he was at my house same day to both evaluate and fix the problem. Jesse and his team quickly took care of the issue and also evaluated our aged sprinkler system and where it is possibly weak.

I would recommend Jesse and his team and I am looking at bringing them back to overhaul the entire sprinkler system for an updated solution.

GREAT experience with Jesse Engebretson, owner of Green Edge Sprinklers.  I called in the morning and he showed up later that afternoon.  I appreciated the fact that both on the phone and in person, Jesse carefully listened to me as I explained what had been going on with our sprinkler system.  After hearing from me, he offered his assessment and fixed the problem.  Afterwards, he was happy to stay longer to make sure that the rest of our system was in proper working order (adjusted sprinkler heads, changed filters, added a rain sensor, etc.) and then put the system “to bed” for the winter.

Also wanted to say that I was really impressed with the way Jesse worked with and spoke to John – guy who assisted Jesse throughout job.  Top-notch interaction – respectful, collaborative and friendly.

I wish I could give this guy 10 stars!!!! We noticed water in our front yard and under our house and weren’t sure if it was plumbing or sprinkler related.  One plumber told us it looked sprinkler related (which we found hard to believe).  We called Jesse at 9:30 pm at night and he called back within minutes.  He took the time and talked with us to explain to us how to turn off the necessary valves in the meantime until he could come out.  Originally he was booked up for a few days, but understanding the urgency of our situation, he did his best to fit us in the next day. He was amazing about communicating in the morning when he was done with each of his other jobs and letting us know when he thought he would be making it so that I could feel some relief that he would be coming.  He came by 10:30 am that day!!!

When he came to the house, he tested the sprinkler system and it was not the problem. But he dug around a little just to see what was going around and found the leak within 10 minutes! He even started taking out the water that was building up around the leak and flowing out from under the house and stopped the water from flowing out the leak until the plumber could come out.  There was a LOT of water and he worked diligently to start getting that water out to try to make it easier for the plumber to work.  How awesome is that?!?  He is also an honest guy!

Overall, we were extremely pleased with his responsiveness, timeliness, and his competency!  We are going to definitely keep him on hand for our sprinkler system needs.  Jesse is great!!!

Let me paint a picture of my situation: hubby and I buy our first house and the outside needs a ton of work. I’m talking jungle-esque overgrown trees and bushes EVERYWHERE plus a bonus giant rotting gazebo in the back yard. We just spent all of our money on the house, so what do we do? We get on our work gloves and do a complete overhaul of the back. We even did the sprinkler system in the back ourselves. The whole project took months. Hot, sweaty, anger-inducting, back-breaking, dirty, horrible months…and we didn’t even attempted the front. All I could do at the end of that project was thank the Lord that we hadn’t killed each other out of frustration or the misuse of a chainsaw.

So we finally get around to putting plants and new sod in the front yard. There hadn’t been plants out there in a long time so I guess we didn’t notice that the sprinklers out there were complete garbage too – everything started to wilt and die.

Luckily we took to Yelp and found Green Edge. We had Jesse come over, he sent us a drawing with an estimate and we haven’t looked back since. His guys showed up on time and were done in less than 1 day. I guess I wouldn’t have been that impressed since he had an army of people after all, but when I got home I could hardly even tell that they had dug up our entire front yard! They put the sod/dirt back just like they had found it! THAT, my friends, is quality work. He even checked our now 2-year-old job done in the back yard and made some adjustments for us.

I would highly recommend this company because of Jesse’s professionalism, knowledge, fair prices, and for the great work that he and his guys did at our house.

When is the last time a service person showed up on time, fixed your problem, and then sent you a “Thank You” card for your business?  Don’t believe it????  Try Jesse Engebretsen at Greenedge Sprinklers (it’s his business and he’s the guy who shows up).  I had an emergency repair needed on my home irrigation system, and contacted 3 irrigation system specialists.  Jesse was the most responsive, showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed my problem in no time flat, and even showed me how to relieve the pressure in my system in advance of the cold weather.  This is exactly the kind of old fashioned service we should all expect to get, but are so often disappointed.  Give him a try.

Jesse was great! He was very friendly and professional. He was on time which was a nice change for me. A year ago my husband and I bought the money pit and have been plagued with problems. When I turned on my sprinkler system, my spa became a water feature.  Apparently there was a pipe cut when the pool was built.

A different sprinkler company said they would have to dig up my backyard to find it.  I asked if it could just be shut of from the source.  I was told absolutely not.  I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Jesse to come and have a look.  WOW….I am glad I did.  He isolated the issue at the source as I had asked the prior company, fixed it and tested the entire system when he was done.  And the prices were very fair.  I have since recommended Jesse to my entire neighborhood.  There is no need to go anywhere else.  Thank you Jesse!
